…oh just cause and what not…
Ha, that was funny, its been so long I'd forgotten my password and stuff for Blogger. Obviously I finally remembered…
My iPod is dying. Poor iPod, its a 1st generation (not like stupid Star Trek terms) 5Gb iPod bought back in 2001 when only a few had them. "I liked them before they got famous". Its seen me through many a long walk and journey. The Firewire connection on it has become loose and now will not connect to my computer. This weekend I think I will perform some slight surgery and see if I can fix it but its not looking good.
I've bought a new pen. Exciting innit. I'm trying to find some pens that don't suck for inking illustrations with. I'm used to using a brush for my inking but I've been trying new stuff out in an attempt to bring some spark into the way I work. As in if I find it twice as hard to work with a new pen than a brush then it'll be exciting to see if I go mad finishing a piece off or not.
There's a big comic convention on in Bristol in May and I'm attempting to decide if I'll go or not. I just can't make up my mind. It'll be good to go along, I've been to the last two and enjoyed them very much but I'm feeling maybe there won't be much there for me right at the moment. Although I will have some new work to show to people… gah I don't know…
